[see: Does Personality Type Effect (sic) Online Versus In-Class Course Satisfaction]
This study saught to determine if different personality types express more or less satisfaction with courses delivered online versus those delivered in the classroom. Students completed online Keirsey Temperament Sorter (70 questions) online, and also a course satisfaction questionnaire online. They were asked to record their MBTI and include it in the course questionnaire. The course satisfaction questionnaire asked about 10 different factors on the themes of feedback, interaction, amount of information, and assessment methods.
They found that the only significant difference in satisfaction between the personalities was between Extroverts and Introverts - the Extroverts indicated greater satisfaction. This is contrary to the findings of Maldonada and of Livingood.
There were differences between the personalities in 'evaluation methods' and 'how much infomration'. [Note: Interesting that there were no differences in 'feedback' or 'interaction' - which is where other folk (Lui 2000) have found them].
